Founded in 2001 in North China, Mic features manufacture and export of metal sieves for laboratory testing uses and quality control in various fields. Mic offers a comprehensive range of specialty sieve products including lab test sieves, standard sieves, grain sieves, woven wire mesh sieves and perforated metal mesh sieves of various micro openings and sizes.

Stainless Steel Woven Test Sieve
Stainless Steel Sieves:
Sieves with Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh as Sifting Screen. Major materials are SUS304, 304L, Sus316 and 316L. Suitable for chemical research. Excellent corrosion resistance and acid resistance. Used to work at high temperature.

Laboratory Test Sieve: Supplied in the forms of tray sieves and framed metal sieves for sample testing and content analysis.

Hexagonal Hole Test Sieve

Perforated Plate Sieves: Rigid metal sieves with precise opening. The perforated holes can be hexagonal (see attachment above), round hole, square hole or slot hole.

Perforated Plate Sifting Sieve

Perforated Stainless Steel Sifting Sieve with Extra Depth. 450mm in Diameter and 300mm in Depth. Heavy type screen sieves used for precise classification of the granule materials in the construction and cement industries.

Handling Tips of Test Sieves: In order to maintain the good condition of the mesh sieves and to get precise screening effect, following tips shall be followed in using of the sifting screen sieves:

1,The sieves shall be cleaned after use and stored in a safe dry place. The sieves should be rinsed thoroughly in clean water and dried quickly in a warm atmosphere. To avoid possible mesh distortion, metal framed woven wire sieves should not be heated above 80 deg C. Sieves that have been used for wet sieving should be cleaned first then dry-out.
2, Care should be taken when sieving certain chemicals, especially hygroscopic salts, which can affect brass sieves. For the sizing of substances which are liable to corrode brass, we recommend the use of stainless steel mesh sieves.
3, Always wash and dry the sieves after each test.
4, Particles shall never be forced through a test sieve - even the gentle brushing of material through the finer meshes is undesirable, but this procedure is occasionally unavoidable for certain materials that are otherwise difficult to go through the sieves.

Woven stainless steel mesh makes the major sifting fabric for stainless steel test sieves. Plain weaving, twill weaving and Dutch weave mesh fabrics offer different mesh sizes and filter ratings.
